I’ve changed my running rout
It used to be a couple blocks long about a half an hour jog so I changed it,instead of regular streets it’s about an hour long jog but I walk/jog today I pushed myself to run up the two hills,about to go home take a shower and do some core work. ~oyeah gettin fit
