So I haven’t updated this blog in a minuet…but things have been looking up I got a Personal trainer last week.this black lady she works me put and pushes me to my limit.I’m 139 sadly I think I’m loosing my boobs :/ hopefully not….but I see her once a week every Saturday so I gotta start using my home weights again last week I stopped I was so sore from last week plus cause it was love Evoloution I danced the whole day after working out my legs were dead.but I’ma keep up the progress and try to up load pictures soon maybe…

The R.I.P. Workout
Targets: Core/abs, biceps, triceps, shoulders
No it’s not called that because you’re gonna die. Well you’ll get close…BUT R.I.P. stands for “Rest in Plank”. You are not allowed to EVER get out of plank during this whole routine. Even when you’re “resting” between each move.
Try this routine 3x through. You are allowed to come into Child’s Pose after you finish one full circuit. 1 min max though. Then up again.
Here’s the Plank Arm Workout video which is very similar. If you need motivation, do it with me :)

& then 30 bicep curls (5lbs)
& 30 tricep lift things? (5lbs)
Did this 1 more time.
inner/regular/triangle (12each) pushups.
&& then 1 more time.ouch.

I really suck at updating this blog
but despite that I’ve been working out lately after I got into a fight I realized I had to work on my upper body strength.so I started doing work outs with some 5 pounds weights then went out and bought some ten pound weights.I’ve noticed some toning,and I’ve been working on my love handles to they’ve been going down which is good,might go on a run later…depends on if I’m up to it
